“I retained the services of Ryan Tooker to sell property as part of the administration of an estate of a deceased family member. Ryan met and exceeded my expectations for the sale of the property. Ryan developed a sale plan and pricing that was consistent with the sales of other properties in the building. Once the property was listed for sale, Ryan kept me informed on practically a daily basis of all interest in and showings of the property. Ryan promptly conveyed all offers on the property and took the time to discuss the merits of the respective offers and answer any questions I had.
