He set our expectations fairly. made sure our home was staged properly, photographed with excellence and guided us through the process like he truly cared. We believed that and still do. He set reasonable expectations so that we understood the market. Our home went on the market at 9am.....we had a verbal committement within 2 hours and cancelled our open house. Why, Ryan explained prior what our home was worth, what it should sell for and how quickly. although he didn't think it would be that quick....He was spot on.
