But if you are looking for someone who will be completely dedicated to you, who will work tirelessly with you in preparing your home for sale, will keep you well updated on prospective purchasers, will explain to you in easily understandable terms the various offers made (with/without inspections, time permitted to stay after sale,buyers agent commissions, and lots of detailed real estate transaction terms and other related technical details of the transaction), work with you and help you find a new property for you to purchase, even if in another State, arrange to stop by and visit with you to determine if you are having any difficulties in preparing to move your belongings from one home to another, and if you are, to actually help you do it by arranging for the I HAVE MORE/WILL SEND IN FOLLOWUP EMAI”
